I intended to order a sandwich, but ended up only ordering a drink. There's a reason for that.
It took a few minutes to be helped, but she was cleaning the grill, so that's cool. But when she turned around to help me, her first move was a quick finger in the ear (her ear, not mine).
I understand that we all need to put our fingers in our ear once in a while, but it's not appetizing. Immediately after that, a fly went by. And this is why I only ordered a drink. -

Meat tasted old and dry plus they gave us the completely wrong beer. Fries were pretty good but I felt compelled to share my meat to bread ratio... enough said

The food was good but they were extremely stingy with the meat and avocado on both sandwiches. $10 for a bunch of bread and baby portions of meat is kind of a rip off.

this is the best black bean burger i've ever had. the patty didn't fall apart like other black bean burgers i've had (i honestly thought i'd found the best black bean burger back in seattle but this tops it). the fries are fresh and crispy and clearly made in-house. my boyfriend's chicken avocado sandwich was great-- he usually chooses burgers over chicken sandwiches, but he went out of his way to get this chicken sandwich bc he had it before and it was good. the service was fast and efficient, and the staff was nice. if you're overwhelmed by the food options in the cnn tower, def hit this place up.

It's in the CNN center and so not sure if that's the reason or a whole rebranding but they're called TJ's craft sandwiches. Anyway, they're usually pretty quick and friendly staff, the wings combos are always nice. Wings are terrible everytime I've ever gone they a good sized and their fries are seasoned nicely.
